Nameplate Unveiling Ceremony of the Asian Link Research Center

Niigata University established the Asian Link Research Center in October 2018 to conduct integrative research activities that will contribute to the building of society of the near future by directly connecting to the social needs of the East Asian Rim, and to support human resource development and engage in public relations activities based on research results.

On Novenber 5, 2018, the nameplate of the Asian Link Research Center was placed on the building of the Institute of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education in the Ikarashi Campus. With President TAKAHASHI Sugata, Executive Vice President TAKAHASHI Hitoshi, Executive Vice President USHIKI Tatsuoi, Center Director TAKAHASHI Hideki and other stakeholders of the university in attendance, the Asian Link Research Center’s nameplate was unveiled and a prayer was offered for the future development of the center.
